Choosing an attorney is a difficult process under the best of circumstances. Choosing an attorney in the middle of a family crisis can be overwhelming. An attorney should never be chosen based on price or promises. An attorney who counsels you with the sometime difficult truth of the legal process is an attorney who will never disappoint you with empty guarantees. A promise of a certain outcome should be a warning to you to meet with other attorneys and weigh all opinions before choosing one to represent you.
